01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the meter scatter platform – whether through the website or the mobile app – you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and meter scatter.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on meter scatter are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfer via InstaPay and PESONet, and supported local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering instruments on this platform.

Withdrawals are processed to the player's registered Philippine bank account or supported e-wallet. Identity verification must be complete before the first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and standard processing timelines.

05 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

09 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification.

meter scatter reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where a player has violated these terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct that meter scatter determines to be harmful to the platform or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, outstanding balances may be forfeited.

10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the meter scatter platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or dispute resolution bodies, as applicable under Philippine law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. meter scatter's failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
